Refund and Return Policy

Custom Order Policy

Every sticker sold by Windy City Tailz is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the design after proof approval.

Quality Guarantee & Replacements

If your order arrives with a printing defect, cutting error, or physical damage caused during production or shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the defective or damaged items. Replacements are issued for confirmed production or shipping defects only. Dissatisfaction with design after proof approval does not qualify.
You do not need to return the original stickers. Once we verify the issue, your replacement order goes into production immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once a proof has been sent, production is considered in progress and the order cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Windy City Tailz is not responsible for delays or packages lost in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
