By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image. You are responsible for the quality of the photo you submit. We produce stickers based on the file provided. While we strive for the best results, we are not responsible for blurriness, low resolution, or poor likeness caused by a low-quality original photo. We recommend submitting a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo for best results.
For custom orders, we will share a proof before printing. Production does not begin until you confirm approval. Once approval is given, the order proceeds as submitted. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or delays.
By completing an order, you grant Windy City Tailz permission to use photos of your completed order for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. If you prefer your order not be shared publicly, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will honor that request.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains imagery we deem offensive, hateful, or in violation of copyright law. If an order is canceled for these reasons, a full refund will be issued.
Processing time for custom sticker orders is typically 1-3 business days before shipping. We provide tracking information for all shipments. Once an order is handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS), Windy City Tailz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment information.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in being banned from future orders.
